Violations

When you prepare your Letter of Intent, you must include a list of violations as well as a list of expectations in order to resolve your situation.  There is no minimum or maximum number of violations that you can list in your letter.

For your reference, we have pulled a list of State, Federal and International violations that are relevant to the current situation.  Feel free to select from this resource guide as you see fit based in your specific situation.

We have also identified specific Federal Bond Laws which require each elected official to carry a bond and provide it upon request.

State Violations

Check out the revised State codes that we have identified on a state-by-state basis as having been violated.

If we haven’t completed your state, please be patient.  This information is coming soon.  In the meantime, be sure to join your state-wide Telegram group and share notes with each other.  Most states follow the same guidelines when it comes to bonds and/or insurance policies with bonds in the fine print.

Federal Violations

These are the violations that are considered felony offences and should be considered carefully.

We have done the research for you! All you have to do is use these codes to build your Letter of Intent.

International Violations

These are the violations that are considered felony offences and should be considered carefully.

International laws exist for a reason – to protect the Sovereignty of God’s people and we were all created equal.
